Women's self-defense seminar.
Great event for the women who you love in your life. No experience necessary! We'll teach females ages 12 on up, the 7 self-defense moves they need to know!

Do you want some James Bond and Jason Bourne skills? I partnered up with a former CIA agent to create this course. Check this out... as we wont be offering it for at least another year!

Last but not least, we will be holding our next Krav Party at the Numrich's house on Saturday May 8th starting at 6pm. This party is for adult students and parents of our youth students only, including significant others. All we ask is that you bring whatever alcoholic or non alcoholic drinks you would like.
